Always Be Closing: Sports Filmmaking Inspired by Casey Neistat

Always Be Closing: Sports Filmmaking Inspired by Casey Neistat How the ‘Godfather of YouTube’, Casey Neistat, inspired K1ANOOP to overcome difficult mental health issues & persevere with his sports documentary filmmaking; especially with his most recent short documentary about, two-time mixed martial arts (MMA) world champion, Yannick Bahati.

Thank you for being so awesome & for inspiring me, Casey Neistat!

This is the video, “Losers and Closers” by Casey Neistat that inspired me most.

Stop complaining and control your emotions | K1Anoop’s Vlog 012

Complaining is one of the most negative and self-destructive things I (and undoubtedly, others) have done and once I minimised such bad habits and controlling my emotions, everything in life started improving; especially my vision and incremental achievements towards developing my own media career.

‘He who hesitates, dies’ | K1Anoop’s Vlog 011

Mentally ready (and not overthinking or being hesitant) to crack on with kick-staring the business development side of providing social media marketing for local/small businesses and why “everything is like dating and fighting”. Plus, fashion issues when not so lean (basically, I’m fat right now, lol) and lean, especially when you love hoodies and dressing comfortably regardless of whatever. As well as getting back into training become part of my overall routine again!

Don’t take the piss | K1Anoop’s Vlog 009

A day in London whilst finally responding to several days worth of comments and engaging with a growing audience/following which, is pretty important for long-term social media development; and as we all know, there’s no bigger social than Facebook for generating exposure. Responding to comments can feel like a chore but they’re integral building blocks and there’s no shortcut for this. It has to be done. So, don’t take the piss (in more ways than one).

My friend died + Gökhan Saki | K1Anoop’s Vlog 008

The last couple of weeks have been rather turbulent, despite attending my first GLORY event in the Netherlands for GLORY 41 which, was a brilliant experience. One of my closest friends died who, believed in me the most, especially from the very beginning of all things K1Anoop. His name was Sanjay ‘Moixe’ Bansal. In other news, former GLORY Kickboxing champion, Gökhan Saki has signed for the UFC and guested on The MMA Hour too.
